1. Scope of Services & Products
Yasir Jamal provides custom website design, product UI/UX architecture, frontend engineering, and digital products (such as Figma wireframe kits and templates) sold at shop.yasirjamal.com.
2. Digital Product Sales & Merchant of Record
Digital products on shop.yasirjamal.com are sold and billed by Creem, acting as the official Merchant of Record (MOR). Creem handles payment processing, invoicing, tax compliance, and order fulfillment verification.
3. Intellectual Property & Licensing
For custom client design engagements, deliverables are assigned upon full payment as defined in individual agreements. For digital products sold on shop.yasirjamal.com, usage is governed by our Digital Product License (personal and commercial client project usage allowed; raw file reselling/redistribution strictly prohibited).
4. Digital Downloads & Refunds
All digital products are delivered electronically upon payment completion. Due to the immediate file access nature of digital downloads, sales are final except in cases of verified technical delivery errors.
5. Limitation of Liability
Services and products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. In no event shall Yasir Jamal or Creem be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from platform downtime or software updates.
